Auto-Escrow explained (Buyer):
The Yolto auto-escrow service is fully automated. You transact
directly with others. Messages and confirmations are securely logged.
The identification process increases the safety of both your personal
information and transactions.

How does the auto-transaction work for the Buyer?

Find the offering in the Yolto Metamarket or on an external web-site.
Sellers may put their Metamarket offerings on their own game-commerce
web-sites and blogs. Click the button labeled 'Pay through
auto-escrow.' You will see the Yolto card/ ON-LINE CARD(tm) logo
by it. Paying through our auto-escrow is always safe because you
will see the service screens displaying validated merchants and
certifying the payment. The payee will not receive the exchange
value until you release it.

Transfer money for the Seller into the auto-escrow service.
Confirm the transaction with your PIN to transfer money into the
auto-escrow service for the Seller to receive payment. Remember
these transactions are not reversible. Refunds may be issued by
a Seller who fails to accept a task or decides to issue you a
refund for other reasons. (See the dispute resolution section
below) On the last screen of your transaction, find the Seller's
instructions, a form for your contact information, and a text
message area. Please provide your actual and accurate contact
information to establish reliable communication between you and
the Seller. The transaction notification is immediate and you
will be contacted by the Seller through the auto-escrow messaging
system.

There are three possible responses from the Seller:
Option 1: The Seller accepts the task.
The Seller accepts your offer and you get a notification. There may also be a
message suggesting the range of time needed to carry out the task or deliver
the item. You will get an email telling you to log into the auto-escrow
service to receive your message.
Option 2: The Seller may reject the task and issue a refund.
The Seller may reject your offer and issue a refund to you at any stage of the
auto-escrow transaction.
Option 3: The Seller does not accept the task.
If the Seller fails to accept your order within 5 business days after your
payment then you are automatically refunded and the transaction becomes null
and void.

The Seller fulfils his side of the deal and confirms it.
When the Seller confirms the agreement to transact with you there will be a
message thread tied to the agreement you've arranged. The Seller notifies you
that your order has been completed after the Seller provides you with the
services, delivers the virtual goods, or performs other in-game tasks offered
in the listing. You will receive the notification on the transaction log page
or via email.

The Buyer confirms the transaction and releases funds to the Seller.
After being notified of completion of the transaction, promptly log into
the auto-escrow service and confirm the transaction to release your funds
to the Seller. To be fair to the Seller, your funds will be released
automatically after 30 days from your confirmation date if there is no
dispute filed over the transaction.

Dispute resolution:
Should you have a dispute with the Seller our certified messaging service
provides both parties a highly secure digital ID. The log may be presented
as evidence for the due process of law in the applicable jurisdiction.
If the dispute between you and the Seller is not resolved amicably by you and
the Seller within 30 days after the dispute was initiated, we will freeze the
transaction. You and the Seller will receive all personally identifiable
information about parties to the transaction and the transaction logs.
Notes:
If you do not register for a verified Yolto Billing card before a dispute has
arisen then you will have to install it and go through the verification process.
Failure to do so will result in the automatic release of the disputed sum in
favor of the Seller.
The auto-escrow service is fully automated. Our company, its associates,
employees, and/or contractors are not party to the transactions between the
Buyers and Sellers or to any disputes among them. We maintain and provide this
service on an "as is" basis for your convenience for the fees outlined on
this page as part of the Yolto game-payments and game-commerce
service.
