I’m not sure if this is the same Armory Type Site the developers in America are doing, but here is the Korean version.

Its fairly interesting to watch. I’m not sure what the numbers mean.

There was a bulletin posted by the Korean Developers, but it could just be a sale item in the cash shop. I’m still posting news about it here.

The items have the tag SALE on them. They could just be HV passes, but I’m not sure.
