There are two possible responses to the Buyer's request:
Option 1: Seller accepts the task. Simply log-in into the
auto-escrow service, open the page for the transaction and then confirm
acceptance of the task. You may leave a message for your customer
suggesting the time frame for delivery or completion of the task.
Promptly notify your Buyer through the service using the contact
information provided in the purchase message. You have 5 business
days to respond to your Buyer after their payment is placed in the
auto-escrow service. The Buyer will automatically be refunded in the
event you are not responding and the transaction becomes null and void.
Option 2: Seller may reject the task and issue a refund to the Buyer.
At any stage of the auto-escrow transaction you may drop the task and
issue a full refund to your customer.
Note: We are not charging reputable Sellers for their listings at
this time and there is only a ten percent fee each time the Buyer releases
funds to complete a transaction. To help keep our fees low for the average
Seller, please be aware that our risk-management system evaluates whether
or not additional listing fees need be applied, at our discretion, to
Seller's who reject a higher than average number of transactions.
